O Solo Mama interviews Kay Johnson

Like many adoptive parents, I’ve read Kay Johnson’s Wanting a Daughter, Needing a Son (2004).  Like many, I’ve also been reading about recent changes in how children are relinquished, stories of child and infant trafficking, and how children are being adopted within China – both formally and informally.  Naturally, I’ve wondered about the implications of this for our family and BB’s family in China.

Recently, O Solo Mama has interviewed Kay Johnson on many of these topics.  It’s an interesting interview – thought-provoking, but it also seems fair.  That is, opinions are stated as such and I don’t get a strong sense of bias.  Check it out.
