Dinner with chopsticks

I brought home take-out from a favorite noodle shop tonight.  Bing-Bing dug in…

I’m wondering when she will establish right-left dominance?  Sometime in the next year, I suspect.  This chopstick use impresses me.  She’s pretty darn good.  They are upside down, but it doesn’t seem to be causing her much trouble.

Oh, and she didn’t leave the knife, fork, and spoon out.  At the end of the meal, she put all three in her mouth at once.  Just for fun.

  1. Yum- those noodles look good!

Most children establish hand dominance around 4-6 years old. Sometimes you can see hints of which hand will be used more, and from there you can begin making your wagers.

  2. I don’t know what it is with Asian noodles but my little guy sucks them up too. He can’t get enough. Isn’t is funny to watch them slurp them up.
