Dinner!

The husband found these fish at the store the other day and picked them up for our dinner tonight.  He did a very nice job with them.  I’ve heard two proper ways of eating them, Asian style.  One is to eat one side until you hit the backbone, then flip it over and eat the other side.  The other way, is to eat until you hit the backbone, then pull out the backbone whole and keep eating straight down to the plate.  We did it the first way.  Unlike a good Asian, we didn’t eat the eyes.  I guess that is one way to keep the fish from staring at you all through dinner, but I’m just not going for it.
